The No Surprises Act and Price Transparency Rule in 2024

This presentation will provide an overview of the federal No Surprises Act and Hospital Price Transparency Rule from passage to present, including an overview of updated rulemaking implemented since both pieces of legislation became effective. The presentation will also cover implementation and enforcement by federal agencies and provide suggestions on how to remain compliant and avoid penalties under the laws.
