DEI: Navigating Through Goals and Risks

When the Supreme Court issued its recent rulings on affirmative action, it left employers scrambling to determine the implications. While it will take time for the courts to apply these rulings, there is no question that the justices have created many questions — and likely new legal risks — for the employer community. This session will help you understand what the justices did (and did not) say, how to analyze your DEI goals through this new lens and how to develop and implement programs, policies and practices that will advance your organization’s goals while avoiding expensive litigation.
