Jennifer Trulock is a labor and employment partner who helps employers navigate their most sensitive workplace issues — before they become litigation.

She advises executives, in-house counsel, and human resources leaders on complex employee matters, with a particular focus on high-stakes workplace investigations, risk management, and strategic employment counseling. Jennifer is often brought in when situations are difficult, nuanced, or carry significant legal and reputational risk.

Known for her clear, practical judgment, Jennifer conducts and advises on investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace concerns. She helps organizations gather facts, assess credibility, and reach defensible, well-reasoned outcomes — while preserving confidentiality and minimizing disruption to the business.

In addition to investigations, Jennifer counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues and helps them navigate disputes involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and executive-level matters. She also advises on employment aspects of business transactions, including due diligence and integration planning.

Clients rely on Jennifer not only for her legal experience, but for her ability to bring clarity to complex situations, anticipate risk, and help leaders make sound decisions under pressure.
