Service Animals & Workplace Accommodations

Join myLawCLE for "Service and Emotional Support Animals"! This CLE will make you want to sit and stay. In this program, you will bone up on accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, specifically discussing service and emotional support animals as workplace accommodations. Presenters will discuss practical applications of the law and walk through hypothetical scenarios that arise frequently in the real world. You will also learn about different types of service animals – for example, the difference between a service dog, therapy dog, and facility dog.
