Jennifer Trulock, with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, presented “Ethics and Professional Responsibility Issues for Employment Lawyers” as part of ALI CLE’s Current Developments in Employment Law 2025. The session addressed emerging ethical challenges facing employment lawyers, including the increasing use of AI in legal practice, professional responsibility considerations when advising organizations and their constituents, engagement decision-making, and ethical issues arising under the new Administration.
