Joint BIICL Conference & Reception

Bradley partner Tripp Haston will co-host a meeting in London of the British Institute of International & Comparative Law and the International Association of Defense Counsel. The meeting’s co-chairs include Dr. Duncan Fairgrieve, K.C. (Hon) of BIICL and Ms. Katie Chandler of Taylor Wessing’s London office.  The meeting will address current litigation issues in the E.U., U.K. and the U.S. and Mr. Haston will provide a presentation on current U.S. litigation issues. Mr. Haston previously served as President of the IADC and opened the relationship with BIICL and Dr. Fairgrieve in 2007. Since 2007, BIICL and the IADC have enjoyed a long history of collaboration with joint meetings between their members.
