During the class, you'll compete against teams to develop the most creative yet realistic strategy for a simulated company using an advanced computer model. This model will simulate several economic quarters with varying conditions, all with the goal of restoring profitability. By applying the learned concepts, you'll develop a successful business plan while practicing effective management of diverse skills and personalities within a small team. The course culminates with a presentation of your strategy and results to a simulated "Board."
