Bradley Partners Ann Peldo Cargile and Tripp Haston Named to Who's Who Legal Thought Leaders Global Elite 2020

Bradley is pleased to announce that firm partners Ann Peldo Cargile and Tripp Haston have been named to the Who's Who Legal Thought Leaders Global Elite 2020 guide. Ms. Cargile was recognized for Real Estate and Mr. Haston was recognized for Life Sciences and Product Liability Defence.

Based in Bradley’s Nashville, Tenn., office and a senior member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Cargile represents parties in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, finance, and joint ventures. In her national leasing practice, she serves as counsel to landlords and tenants in both lease negotiation and lease enforcement. In addition, she represents lenders in placing financing, and has significant experience assisting borrowers in negotiating favorable loan terms and advising them when projects become distressed. She also advises parties on structuring joint ventures to best advantage. Ms. Cargile is an officer and governor in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a member of the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure, an international organization that studies real estate trends. Ms. Cargile is a frequent speaker on real estate related topics to national, regional and local groups, including both attorneys and non-attorneys in real estate related fields.

Based in Bradley’s Birmingham office and co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences Industry Team, Mr. Haston represents a broad spectrum of clients on regional, national and international engagements. He has served numerous clients as national trial and coordinating counsel and as a national team member in individual actions, as well as in mass tort and multidistrict litigation. His experience has involved matters throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. Mr. Haston also is active in the leadership of several legal and civil justice organizations. He is a past president of the International Association of Defense Counsel, an invitation-only, peer-reviewed organization of approximately 2,500 attorneys from more than 50 countries. In addition, he has served as a member of the boards of the DRI, the nation’s largest organization of defense counsel, and Lawyers for Civil Justice, an organization composed of leading corporate counsel and defense bar practitioners dedicated to promoting fairness in the U.S. civil justice system. He also is a past chair of the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum and a past president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association.
