Firm News

The national law firm upgrades to two floors at 600 Travis Street in downtown Houston totaling over 45,000 square feet

Bradley completed a long-term lease expansion and relocation. The law firm relocated from the 48th floor of JPMorgan Chase Tower located at 600 Travis Street in downtown Houston and moved to the 56th and 57th floors, bringing its total to 45,125 square feet.

Savills Corporate Managing Director Lesa Nickelson French represented Bradley in its real estate strategy. “Bradley has grown significantly since planting roots in Houston at the Chase Tower in 2016,” said French. “As the firm continues to expand, it needed additional workspace to account for its increased headcount. Bradley wanted to remain in the building, and we identified an opportunity that allows Bradley to seamlessly expand its operation across two floors while maintaining its presence in the heart of downtown Houston.”

“2023 will be a year of strategic expansion for our firm as we continue to grow in key markets such as Houston,” said Bradley Houston founding partner Ian P. Faria. “Our location at the JPMorgan Chase Tower provides everything we need to support our clients and our people. The expansion of our presence and facilities in the building enables us to reach a different level of client service; from our upgrade to state-of-the-art technology to the addition of ample hearing room space for trial, arbitrations and mediations.”

The 75-story JPMorgan Chase Tower is the tallest building in Houston and is in the center of the downtown area. The building features state-of-the-art conference facilities, a hospitality-inspired lobby, and plaza, a 60th-floor sky lounge, a 280-seat auditorium, fitness center, and has a direct connection to the downtown Houston tunnel system.
