Tripp Haston Appointed Chair of the LCJ Member Committee on Third-Party Litigation Funding
Bradley partner Tripp Haston was appointed to chair the Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) member committee alongside John Fielding, senior vice president and general counsel of global government and industry affairs for Chubb. The committee’s goal is to bring greater focus and increased member engagement in LCJ’s efforts to improve disclosure of third-party litigation funding and reform the rules concerning TPLF.
