Bradley partner Aron Beezley was quoted in a Law360 article on government contracts cases to watch out for in the latter half of 2023. One of these notable cases is the National Institutes of Health and the 350 protests at the U.S. Government Accountability Office over its $50 billion, CIO-SP4 information technology, government-wide acquisition contract.

CIO-SP4 — formally, Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 4 — covers a broad range of IT products and services. It has been faced with several waves of protests since 2021. "There's never been anything like it — 350 protests and counting," said Beezley. "And these protests will inevitably [also] end up at the Court of Federal Claims."
