Bradley Partners Appointed to ABA Litigation Section Leadership Roles

Bradley is pleased to announce that partners Tiffany J. deGruyJunaid OdubekoRobert Emmett Poundstone IV and Ethan T. Tidmore have been appointed to leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Litigation Section for the 2023-2024 bar year.

The ABA’s Litigation Section is chaired by Bradley partner Anne Marie Seibel for the 2023-2024 term. The mission of the section is to provide litigators of all practice areas with the resources needed to become successful and experienced advocates.

The following four partners were appointed to leadership roles within the ABA Litigation Section:

Ms. deGruy is a partner in Bradley’s Birmingham office and has been appointed as co-chair of the Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference, which is taking place in San Diego from November 1-3, 2023. She previously served three terms as co-chair of the Woman Advocate Committee. Ms. deGruy focuses her practice on trying high-stakes business and commercial litigation matters for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare and e-commerce.

A partner in the firm’s Nashville office, Mr. Odubeko has been reappointed to a second consecutive term as co-chair of the Privacy & Data Security Committee. He regularly advises and represents clients in complex commercial and business disputes as well as real estate litigation. Mr. Odubeko is designated as an ANSI Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Mr. Poundstone has been reappointed to a second term as co-chair of the ABA Resource Committee. He also serves as an Alabama Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Mr. Poundstone represents clients in litigation matters pending in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before the Alabama Public Service Commission and other state regulatory agencies.

A partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, Mr. Tidmore has been reappointed to a third term as co-chair of the Trial Evidence and Practice Committee. He represents businesses and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense sides in a broad range of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts.
