Bradley Bolsters Atlanta Office with Addition of Rebekah Banks Ramsay

Bradley has expanded its Corporate and Securities practice in its new Atlanta office with the addition of associate Rebekah Banks Ramsay, who joins the firm from King & Spalding.

Ms. Ramsay assists clients with sophisticated transactions across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and investments. She received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and earned her B.S. and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Bradley opened its Atlanta office in May of this year with lawyers recruited from a variety of leading law firms in the market, including Akerman, Alston & Bird, Balch & Bingham, Parker Hudson, and Womble Bond Dickinson. The addition of Ms. Ramsay, as well as other recent lateral hires, has increased the size of the office to 26 attorneys in a matter of months. The Atlanta office is ranked as a “Leading Firm” in Georgia in the 2023 edition of Chambers USA, and half of the firm’s Atlanta attorneys are recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for 2024.
