Rebekah Ramsay is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where she focuses primarily on private equity transactions. Her practice includes joint venture formation, venture capital investments, M&A, organization and maintenance of various types of private funds, and the handling of other general corporate matters for public and private companies. She represents owners, developers, contractors, investors and institutions in open-end and closed-end fund transactions, including formation of venture capital funds (domestic and international), real estate funds, and health funds.
Rebekah also has experience advising institutional investor clients in connection with investments in private equity and other commingled vehicles, such as funds and co-investments.
