Bradley partner Michael J. Bentley has been elected as president of the Bar Association of the Federal Fifth Circuit (BAFFC). Michael began a two-year term as president in October and will serve in the role until 2025.
Before his election as president, Michael served as secretary of the Bar Association and has served on the BAFFC’s board of directors since 2014.
The BAFFC is comprised of over 4,500 attorneys, primarily in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, who practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. BAFFC’s mission is to raise the standards of appellate practice and improve the administration of justice in the Fifth Circuit and federal district courts within the circuit.
