Bradley Attorneys Selected to Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum

Bradley is pleased to announce that Huntsville partner Ryan Letson and Birmingham associate Jared C. Batte have been selected to the Alabama State Bar’s (ASB) 2023 Leadership Forum.

The ASB Leadership Forum is recognized as a dynamic and highly effective program for nurturing and developing leadership skills and values among a select group of qualified, promising attorneys each year. Entry to the program is competitive, with just 20-30 participants selected each year. Since its inception in 2005, Leadership Forum has moved the profession forward with ethical, servant-minded and community leadership.

Mr. Batte practices as a transactional attorney within the real estate and banking industries. He regularly represents developers in the affordable housing industry; lenders making commercial real estate loans (including construction loans); and real estate developers buying, selling, and developing real property. Mr. Batte is an active member of NAIOP and worked for a software consulting company in Houston, Texas, supporting clients in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry before attending law school.

Mr. Letson has significant representative experience involving intellectual property and technology. He handles patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and represents clients in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Letson also has experience in litigating matters involving contract, business tort, government contract, and real estate issues. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Copyright Law, Litigation - Intellectual Property, Patent Law and Trademark Law.
