Bradley has won an M&A Deal of the Year award in the $250 to $500 million category from M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual International M&A Awards. Bradley Houston-based partners David B. Sheinbein and Amy Moss led the deal for the sellers involving the cross-border sale of Amran, LLC and Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. (Amran/Narayan Group) to Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI).

Bradley and other award winners will be formally recognized during the M&A Advisor’s 2025 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit Sept. 15-16 in New York City.

“We are extremely gratified for this recognition from M&A Advisor’s International M&A Awards for this significant deal that navigated intricate and layered operational, strategic and cross-border regulatory challenges,” Mr. Sheinbein said. “In every respect, this transaction reflects a strategic, forward-looking approach to global industrial growth and leadership, as well as our strength in all aspects of M&A transactions. More broadly, the transaction signals increased viability and sophistication in U.S.-India cross-border M&A.”

Mr. Sheinbein served as lead counsel for the sellers in the $462 million cross-border transaction that involved selling the affiliated companies Amran of the United States and Narayan in India to Standex International Corporation, a publicly traded U.S. manufacturer of advanced sensor and power magnetic technologies. Amran and Narayan are leading producers of instrument transformers, which are essential for power regulation and industrial systems. The acquisition is the largest in Standex's history, significantly expanding its product range and international footprint. Following the acquisition, Amran/Narayan accounted for more than 25% of Standex’s total earnings, establishing the deal as an immediate financial success.

The winners of the 16th Annual International M&A Awards were determined by an independent panel of global M&A, restructuring and corporate finance practitioners who evaluated nominations from around the world, representing companies with deals ranging from $10 million to more than $10 billion.
