Former Federal and State Prosecutor Beth Greene Joins as Partner

Bradley is pleased to announce that it has added former federal and state prosecutor Elizabeth F. Greene as a partner and Gavin Bell as an associate in its Charlotte office, building on the strategic growth of the firm’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Practice Group. Ms. Greene previously managed the Charlotte office of a regional white-collar and investigations firm after 16 years of service as a prosecutor.

A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America, Ms. Greene has more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney in complex, high-stakes litigation and has tried more than 50 cases to verdict while resolving hundreds more. She served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of North Carolina on the Organized Drug Enforcement Task Force after working for more than a decade as an Assistant District Attorney in Mecklenburg County, where she prosecuted a wide array of criminal cases involving narcotics and violent crimes. Ms. Greene provides strategic counsel to clients in complex criminal matters in both state and federal court, False Claims Act violations, professional licensing, and other regulatory matters, and regularly conducts internal investigations for businesses.

Ms. Greene earned her J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and received her B.A. from the University of Virginia. Ms. Greene also is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, previously serving as chair of the White-Collar Crime/Government Investigations Section.

Mr. Bell handles complex criminal cases, regulatory matters, and government investigations. He defends individuals and organizations in a wide variety of highly sensitive matters involving allegations of healthcare fraud, False Claims Act violations, Anti-Kickback Statute violations, and public corruption, among other things. He also conducts internal investigations for corporations and compliance reviews for businesses in highly regulated sectors. Mr. Bell received his J.D. (cum laude) from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and his B.A. from Appalachian State University.
