Bradley’s Growth Trend in Texas Continues with Addition of Corporate Partner Jeff Harvey

Bradley has added Jeffrey M. Harvey as a partner in its Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Dallas. With the arrival of Mr. Harvey in Dallas, the firm has added 29 attorneys in Texas over the last year and now has more than 140 attorneys who are licensed in the state.

Having spent more than 20 years as in-house general counsel or outside general counsel to global organizations and private companies, Mr. Harvey will be leading the effort to form a new general counsel services team at Bradley. His experience includes providing guidance to key stakeholders regarding legal and compliance operations and best practices, as well as strategic counsel on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financing. He regularly represents public and private companies, investors, family offices, private equity firms, and venture funds operating or investing primarily in startup through upper middle-market businesses.

Mr. Harvey received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He also earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Association for Corporate Growth. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Corporate Governance Committee and Business Law Section, as well as the Dallas Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Section.

Bradley’s Dallas office has more than tripled in size since it opened in 2019, adding experience in key areas such as complex litigation, healthcare, real estate, government enforcement, corporate, M&A, construction, and energy. Recent hires, including corporate partners David Sheinbein and Amy Moss in Houston and Viking Tao in Dallas, have been part of the firm’s strategic growth across its footprint. The firm was named among the top 10 law firms for percentage growth in Texas last year, according to an article in The Texas Lawbook.
