Ryan Letson Selected for Alabama Leadership Initiative Class VIII

Bradley attorney Ryan Letson was named to the eighth class of the Alabama Leadership Initiative (ALI), which brings together emerging leaders from across the state. Since 1995, the program’s goal has been to complement the broader leadership network of Leadership Alabama and offer a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities facing the state.

ALI is focused on education, connections and personal development, and class participants connect with statewide experts to expand their understanding of issues impacting Alabama, build lasting relationships with like-minded leaders, and develop essential leadership skills. During the program year, class members will meet in Montgomery, Huntsville/Decatur and Gulf Shores to hear presentations and engage in group discussions.

The ALI Class VIII was announced in August 2025.
