Bradley attorney Aron Beezley was quoted in Law360 on the impact of the federal government shutdown on contractors, including financial and operational challenges.

Due to the shutdown, many projects are being delayed or halted because of limited access to governmental personnel, facilities, and approvals.

"What we advise most clients in these situations is just to document the heck out of everything ... because under most federal contracts, when the government causes a delay, the contractor usually should be entitled to a time extension, so long as everything is properly documented and justified," Beezley said.
