Bradley Named IT Deal of the Year Finalist for the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

Bradley has been named a finalist for the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards for a deal led by Huntsville partner George Smith. The firm is a finalist for Information Technology Deal of the Year for the acquisition of Concordia Technologies, Inc. by Special Aerospace Services (SAS), a Godspeed Capital Management LP backed platform. Mr. Smith, assisted by Bradley associate Kelsi Long, represented Concordia Technologies in the transaction.

The annual awards recognize the leading transactions, restructurings, deal financings, products and services, firms and professionals across several categories, with the winners announced at a gala held during the 2025 Future of Dealmaking Summit in New York City on November 19.

The firm also was recognized in multiple categories stemming from two other significant deals completed within the past year, including the sale of Amran, LLC and Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. to Standex International Corporation, completed in October 2024, and the acquisition of Pedestal Pro by ASSA ABLOY, completed in April 2025.

Mr. Smith's practice focuses on the formation, financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of emerging and established businesses for a broad range of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, healthcare and technology companies. He counsels clients on a variety of issues, and regularly assists startup companies and their founders with issues such as the legal structure, venture funding, incentive compensation for key employees, use of equity and synthetic equity compensation, various contractual obligations, and formation and operational issues.

Ms. Long's practice is focused on transactional matters involving corporate and securities, data privacy and security, and energy issues. She routinely advises clients on corporate formation, strategic acquisitions and data privacy laws and regulations, and guides clients through due diligence and contract negotiations.
