Corporate Partner Nathan Hertzog Joins Bradley in Tennessee
Bradley is pleased to announce the firm has added experienced corporate lawyer Nathan Hertzog as a partner in its Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Nathan brings broad experience in corporate, private equity and fund formation that will provide valuable support for our business clients with sophisticated transactions, particularly in the middle market sector,” said Michael A. Thomason Jr., partner and chair of Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. “This hire is part of our strategic plan to grow the firm’s corporate team across our national footprint, which also has included the recent hires of partners Jeff Harvey and Viking Tao in Dallas, David Sheinbein and Amy Moss in Houston, Allen Sullivan in Birmingham, and Kris Kemp in Nashville.”
Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Hertzog served as general counsel for an investment company focused on providing capital, resources, and expertise to support founders and owners in the lower middle market. He has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, venture capital investments, recapitalizations, and fund formation. Mr. Hertzog serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients, providing day-to-day legal and strategic advice from formation through exit. He has industry experience in healthcare (with an emphasis in physician practice management companies and behavioral healthcare providers), transportation and logistics, finance, software, hardware, business services, and hospitality.
Mr. Hertzog was previously a partner with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, where he represented financial sponsors on private equity and venture capital investments and advised founders and emerging companies on early and growth-stage fundraising and general corporate matters. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from Boston University School of Law and his M.P.A. and B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Georgia.
