Prominent Financial Services Attorney Howard Herndon Joins Bradley's Nashville Office

Continuing its strategic growth in Nashville and across its footprint, the addition of Mr. Herndon complements Bradley’s other lateral hires in the financial services team and intellectual property group, which help support clients in the payments industry, fintech and middle-market technology space.

Mr. Herndon is a national thought leader in the fintech and payment systems sector, as well as artificial intelligence innovation, particularly at the intersection of fintech and national security. Operating at the forefront of AI evolution, he has deep experience with agentic AI and contextual AI applications that spans multiple sectors, including government, healthcare, music and creative rights, travel, and financial services. Mr. Herndon is also regarded for his thoughtful analysis of payments industry issues, including the ongoing debate around interchange fees.

Mr. Herndon earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University.
