Deborah Cazan Quoted in Law360 on Atlanta's Fast-Growing Legal Market

Bradley attorney Deborah Cazan was quoted in Law360 on the steady, sustained growth in Bradley’s Atlanta office in mid-2025.

Companies began buying, selling and investing again around April 2025 and remained consistently busy for the rest of the year, increasing the need for legal services. As a result, the firm’s corporate group saw higher demand across the board.

Bradley also invested in artificial intelligence tools to improve how it handles mergers and acquisitions work. Cazan said clients have shown strong interest in the technology, which has helped grow the firm’s corporate practice. “This drove business interest and interest in particular from Fortune 500 buyers,” she said.

Cazan also views the wave of mergers, office openings and firm shakeups as an opportunity to recruit top talent. "We're very careful in who we bring in on the lateral level, but — knock on wood — we've done a really good job and have been very successful in that regard, both in culture fit and quality of lawyer," she said.
