Erin Reeves McGinnis Quoted in Law360 on Strengths She Brings to New Partner Role in Atlanta

Bradley attorney Erin Reeves McGinnis was quoted in Law360 discussing the strengths she brings to her new role as partner in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Reeves McGinnis’ move to Bradley is notable for her hands-on experience working directly with public companies, not just as a lawyer but also an in-house leader.

Reeves McGinnis said she has spent more than 15 years advising public companies at every stage of their development. "I've worked with private companies. I've done [initial public offerings]. I've represented seasoned public companies[,] and I've worked with companies on exits, whether it's a sale of the company, a merger into another private company, so I've really done all aspects of the public company life cycle," she said.

She also emphasized the value of her experience as general counsel. “I have a unique knowledge and understanding of the business objectives of a company, helping to be able to see that and know what internal stakeholders are prioritizing and being a business partner for my clients, not just a lawyer that they call on when they have a problem," she said.
