Erin Reeves McGinnis is a seasoned public company securities attorney who provides practical advice for companies seeking to minimize legal risks, manage compliance obligations, and increase efficiencies. Drawing on her experience serving as in-house and outside general counsel to clients, she understands the business landscape in which her clients operate. She advises public companies on governance “best practices” and regularly advises boards of directors, board committees, and C-suite executives regarding securities law disclosures and general compliance matters.

Erin brings a pragmatic approach to legal risk management, disclosure preparation, and general corporate governance matters. She has a strong background in 1934 Act reporting, including proxy matters, annual shareholders’ meetings, preparation of executive compensation disclosure, and Section 16 reporting obligations, as well as public securities offerings, private securities offerings, and general corporate law.

Before joining Bradley, Erin served as general counsel and corporate secretary for a publicly traded homebuilder where she managed all legal affairs.
