Bradley's Alé Dalton Appointed Delegate to AHLA's Board of Directors

Bradley partner Alé Dalton has been appointed to a two-year term as the Early Career Professionals Council (ECPC) delegate to the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Board of Directors.

The ECPC delegate position is reserved for professionals who have demonstrated active involvement in the ECPC. Ms. Dalton is currently serving in her second year as chair of the 15-member ECPC, which facilitates and coordinates opportunities for engagement by students and early career professionals who are members of the AHLA. She previously served as vice chair of education for the ECPC.

Ms. Dalton is a member of Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group, where she has a nationally recognized practice focused on guiding clients through the highly regulated landscape of the healthcare industry. She regularly negotiates complex transactions, counsels providers on licensing and accreditation matters, supports compliance initiatives, and evaluates clinical research arrangements. Ms. Dalton’s experience bridging corporate, regulatory, and operations in the healthcare space makes her a go-to advisor for the healthcare M&A and day-to-day operations of healthcare companies.

As part of her practice, Ms. Dalton is involved in efforts to address gaps in access to legal services through Bradley’s Pro Bono program and by helping staff community legal clinics. She serves as vice chair of the firm’s Lawyers of Color Resource Group and as a liaison for Bradley’s Women’s Initiative. Within the broader legal industry, she helped establish the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association and has worked with organizations to support the advancement of Hispanic families and students in the Nashville area. Her philanthropic and professional achievements have been recognized locally and nationally, including being selected as an “On the Rise in Tennessee” winner by ALM’s 2025 Southeastern Legal Awards, being named to the Hispanic National Bar Association’s 2023 “Top Lawyers Under 40” list, and receiving the 2022 Nashville Emerging Leaders Award - Legal Services. 

The AHLA is the nation’s largest 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field. It is dedicated to educating and connecting the health law community by delivering authoritative content and serving as a professional home for all who engage with health law.
