Bradley's Government Contracts Team Featured in Law360

Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group was featured in Law360 after being named a 2025 “Practice Group of the Year.”

The recognition marks the third consecutive year and the fourth time overall that Bradley has earned this award, including in 2024, 2023, and 2021. The annual Law360 Practice Groups of the Year awards recognize the groups that worked on the largest deals or achieved the biggest wins in the most important cases over the past year.

Driven largely by high-impact bid protest wins led by Government Contracts Practice Group co-chair Aron Beezley, the group secured a standout victory in a $121.4 million U.S. Air Force procurement protest. The decision enforced a new Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clause requiring agencies to conduct a formal supplier and price risk analysis.

"I think a lot of agencies have been sleeping on that requirement and are now going to have to be dealing with that in bid protests," Beezley said.

Beezley also highlighted the firm’s success in defending Accenture Federal Services in a novel protest involving “other transaction agreements.” "Our team was well-equipped to rebut the allegations and ultimately deliver a victory for our client," Beezley explained.
