Bradley partner Alé Dalton has been named secretary and a board member of the newly launched Tennessee chapter of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE).

The National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives is a national community for healthcare professionals at every stage of their careers, from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. Guided by executive leaders from hospitals and healthcare organizations across the United States, NALHE supports growth, leadership development and impact for those committed to advancing healthcare and the communities they serve.

Ms. Dalton is a member of Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group, where she has a nationally recognized practice focused on guiding clients through the highly regulated landscape of the healthcare industry. She regularly negotiates complex transactions, counsels providers on licensing and accreditation matters, supports compliance initiatives and evaluates clinical research arrangements. Her experience bridging corporate, regulatory and operational aspects of the healthcare industry makes her a go-to advisor for healthcare mergers and acquisitions, as well as day-to-day operations.
