Bradley partner Robert Flowers has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel (SWABC).

SWABC is governed by a 15-member board of directors, plus the association's officers and its immediate past president. Officers and directors are elected by SWABC members at the annual convention held each September. SWABC promotes networking among bank lawyers and encourages the exchange of information on transactional techniques and developments in the law.

SWABC was originally formed in 1976 as the Texas Association of Bank Counsel (TABC) to inform and educate Texas lawyers who devote a substantial part of their professional time to representing banks and other financial institutions. In 2017, TABC became the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel, opening its membership to lawyers in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and New Mexico who represent financial institutions.

SWABC announced appointments to its board of directors on October 15, 2026.
