Shae Armstrong Named to 2025 "Top 15 Corporate Attorneys" List by EB5 Investors Magazine

Bradley is pleased to announce that Dallas partner Shae Armstrong has been named to EB5 Investors Magazine’s 2025 “Top 15 Corporate Attorneys” list.

This list recognizes attorneys who primarily draft offering documents for EB-5 financing. Honorees were selected through a community-wide nomination and voting process, along with editorial input, and were evaluated based on industry experience, track record and reputation.

Mr. Armstrong’s practice focuses on project finance, including equity financing and lender and borrower representation, with an emphasis on EB-5-related cross-border financing transactions, as well as private equity and real estate investment and development. He has represented sponsors and real estate developers in more than $5 billion in EB-5-related financings and has served as an expert witness in litigation matters involving EB-5 immigrant investment financings.
