Houston

Our Houston office is our first location in the Southwest and our ninth office location. Founded in 2016, the Houston location is part of the firm’s strategic expansion plan to broaden our footprint and better position the firm to service our clients’ needs.

Our Houston attorneys represent a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, and have a wealth of experience and capabilities in construction and energy law, including construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, bond and lien claims, construction safety and OSHA investigations, contract law, and construction insurance policies. The office also continues the firm’s growth in the solar industry.

Like the entire Bradley law firm, the Houston office makes it a priority to contribute to the community. As part of their community involvement, attorneys serve in the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program, the Make-a-Wish Foundation of North Texas, and Operation FINALLY HOME, a nonprofit organization that provides custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans and the widows of fallen soldiers.

  • In Chambers USA for 2022, Bradley is ranked a top firm in Construction (Texas) and Litigation: General Commercial (Texas: Dallas, Fort Worth & Surrounds). Two Houston attorneys, Ian Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher, also are ranked in Texas as leading lawyers for Construction.
  • Five of the firm's Houston attorneys are listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for 2023.
  • Twelve attorneys in the Houston office have been listed in Texas Super Lawyers or Rising Stars for 2022.
  • Two attorneys are Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Rated.
Bradley Partner Ian Faria is the legal advisor for Operation FINALLY HOME, a non-partisan, nonprofit 501(c) organization established in 2005. Operation FINALLY HOME’s mission is to provide custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans and the widows of fallen soldiers in an effort to help get their lives back on track. Ian was involved in founding the organization and continues to serve as the legal advisor. To date, a total of 135 homes have been completed across 17 states.
