Bradley Named Finalist in 8 Categories for 25th Annual M&A Advisor Awards
Bradley has been named a finalist for the 25th Annual M&A Advisor Awards in eight categories for two deals completed within the past year. The annual awards recognize the leading transactions, restructurings, deal financings, products, services, firms, and professionals across several categories. The winners will be announced at a gala held during the 2026 Future of Dealmaking Summit in New York City on November 17.
David B. Sheinbein, a partner in the firm’s Houston office, represented Shannon Wind, LLC, in the sale of its wind facility and operating assets to a Dauntless Energy project company backed by a global private investment firm, which closed in June 2026. Birmingham partner James Blake Bailey and Houston partner Jarrod B. Martin represented the client in its bankruptcy proceedings while Mr. Sheinbein led the sale transaction on behalf of the seller. The firm is a finalist in five categories for this deal, including:
- M&A Deal of the Year ($100 million - $250 million)
- Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($100 million - $250 million)
- Cross-Border Deal of the Year ($100 million - $250 million)
- Private Equity Deal of the Year ($100 million - $250 million)
- Utilities Deal of the Year
P. Gregory Hidalgo and M. Patrick Everman represented Paragon Biosciences Emalex Capital, Inc., in its acquisition by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd., which closed in June 2026. Atlanta partner Erin Reeves McGinnis, Houston partner P. Cyrus Chin and Charlotte associate Marino M. Leone assisted with the transaction. The firm is a finalist in three categories for this deal, including:
- M&A Deal of the Year ($500 million - $1 billion)
- Cross-Border Deal of the Year ($250 million - $1 billion)
- Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year ($100 million - $1 billion)
Mr. Sheinbein also was named a finalist in the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards and the 16th Annual International M&A Awards for his role in the sale of Amran LLC and Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. to Standex International Corporation. That transaction won M&A Deal of the Year in the $250MM to $500MM category in September 2025.
