Sarah Albani is a senior attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents regional and national commercial banks and private lenders in financing loans secured by real estate and other assets and in all areas of real estate and lending.
Sarah also represents sellers and buyers in traditional commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, including reviewing purchase and sale agreements and drafting all closing documents, and she works closely with title companies to review title commitments, surveys and due diligence items. She has experience reviewing commercial leases and drafting amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates and subordination agreements, as well as company organizational documents.
Additionally, her background includes handling discrimination and harassment claims, conducting internal investigations, negotiating settlements, training on legal compliance, and successfully arguing over 50 summary judgment hearings.
