    • Represented a private developer in the portfolio sale to a REIT of 13 self-storage facilities in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Minnesota totaling $220 million.

      Directly responsible for the representation of numerous owners/buyers in sales/acquisitions of office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants, and freestanding retail properties in various states from inception to closing in amounts of $2 million to $40 million.

      Represented restaurants in multiple locations in freestanding, in-line, and ground leases.

      Represented numerous owners and asset managers of office buildings, industrial properties, and retail projects leases. 

      Assisted in the acquisition of approximately 20 acres of real property for residential development, review and preparation of loan documents, and subsequent re-sale of lots for residential construction.

      Assisted in the representation of a private developer in partnership with an institutional investor in the development, financing and equity raise for a 55-story condominium tower development in Austin, Texas.
