Erik Banuchi is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Erik received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law (cum laude) with a Certificate of Concentration in Business Law and was awarded the Order of the Barristers Award and the E. Harris Drew Memorial Award. During law school, he served as co-founder and managing editor of the Stetson Business Law Review and was an extern to the Hon. Thomas Wilson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Erik also competed as an advocate on Stetson’s Moot Court Board. His accomplishments include winning the 2021 National Tax Moot Court Competition and receiving the Best Brief Award for the 2021 National Tax Moot Court Competition and the 2021 National Appellate Lawyers Association Competition. He also served as a teaching assistant to three Research and Writing classes.
