      Served as buyer counsel in connection with a $26 million sponsored acquisition of a publishing business, along with the related financing.

      Served as buyer counsel to a private equity-backed applied behavior analysis service provider in its equity and asset acquisition of several offices, existing operations, and subsidiaries located throughout multiple states in the Southwest and in the Midwest from a nationwide competitor on a compressed timetable with the competitor continuing operations post-close.

      Served as buyer counsel to a private equity firm in its equity acquisition of a family-owned and operated mental health and related counseling, psychiatry, and therapy service provider located in Dallas, Texas, with the goal of combining existing operations with a separate wholly owned service provider to create a larger platform and enterprise.

      Served as fund counsel, as well as buyer counsel, to a private equity-backed private duty nursing and personal care service provider in its equity acquisition of a subsidiary of a competing enterprise located through North Carolina with the underlying purpose of growing a nationwide home care service provider that stretches across multiple states.

      Served as buyer counsel to a private equity-backed private duty nursing and personal care service provider in its asset acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a family-owned and operated home care service provider located in Illinois with the goal of combining the target company with existing operations to create a larger presence and to offer additional services to client’s existing market.

      Served as buyer counsel to a North American audio-visual event service provider in its strategic equity acquisition of a similarly sized competitor based out of Washington State in order to create a larger nationwide presence with the ability to offer services to new markets and larger clients.

      Represented investment group in $15 million equity investment into subsidiary of publicly traded company operating in the telecommunications space.

      Represented pharmaceutical technology startup in Series B financing round involving multiple institutional VC fund investors.

      Represented developer in connection with a $75 million equity financing for a 2,600-acre private residential resort community.
