Rachel Bramblett is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, often resolving disputes for her clients before federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies.
Rachel’s experience includes matters involving franchise and distribution disputes, commercial contract disputes, business torts, products liability, trade secret issues, restrictive covenants, as well as representing product manufacturers in complex litigation. Rachel is well-versed in drafting dispositive motions, navigating tricky discovery issues, managing case preparation, and litigating at trial. She is committed to providing tailored solutions for her clients’ complex needs and exploring pre-litigation resolutions and negotiations where appropriate.
Beyond this work, Rachel is a dedicated advocate for her pro bono clients. As a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Leadership Council, she has represented several individuals in the Atlanta community and helped them overcome significant challenges, including issues such as stable housing, landlord/tenant cases, and domestic violence. Additionally, Rachel has prior experience working alongside the Innocence Project to represent those incarcerated on Alabama’s death row, and she currently participates in Bradley’s Pro Bono program, which specifically focuses on providing legal representation for inmates on death row.
