Abigail Castleberry is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Abigail focuses her practice in premises liability, product liability, and business litigation. She has handled business disputes for large manufacturers, technology companies, financial institutions, and investment firms, and defends transportation companies and residential and commercial properties in personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial lawsuits.
Prior to joining Bradley, Abigail was a senior litigation associate at Nelson Mullins. She earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and her B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
