Ethan Chenoweth is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. Ethan represents a diverse array of clients in complex commercial disputes and consumer litigation throughout state and federal courts. He has experience across the various lifecycles of a matter, including dispositive motion practice, and focuses on clean-cut, effective advocacy. He leverages his creative thinking with legal strategy to maximize value and zealously advocate on the client’s behalf.
Ethan devotes a significant amount of his practice to data privacy and cybersecurity litigation. This requires him to be well-versed in state and federal privacy laws, as well as consumer protection statutes. He also has significant experience with class action defense, including claims brought under California’s Invasion of Privacy Act.
The remainder of his practice includes contract, real estate, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Ethan frequently litigates issues across the real estate spectrum, including commercial lease disputes, property rights disputes involving landowners and developers, and eviction proceedings on behalf of landlords throughout Tennessee. Ethan received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Washington Law Review.
