Andy Davis is a senior attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group with more than 10 years of experience in commercial transactions, land use, development, financing, leasing, and title work. He has handled real estate litigation across Florida, as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions of all sizes, with a particular emphasis on commercial projects and residential homebuilder work. His experience spans a variety of sophisticated real estate matters, including acquisition and development transactions, representing lenders and developers in financing transactions, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements, and lease agreements, and supporting closings for complex commercial projects across multiple jurisdictions. He also counsels clients on zoning, land use, and related due diligence issues.
Prior to joining Bradley, Andy served as associate general counsel for a national homebuilder, where he advised business teams located in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas regarding property acquisition and development matters, as well as commercial leasing and land disposition transactions.
