Ellen Dunn is an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate finance transactions, where she represents financial institutions, including debt funds and investment banks. Ellen advises on the origination, structuring and modification of mortgage, mezzanine, construction and securitized loans across all real estate asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily, hotels, retail, mixed use, and industrial properties throughout the country.
