Kristen Dupard is an associate in the firm’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Practice Group. She has experience representing companies and individuals in FCA investigations, federal and state criminal cases, regulatory and government inquiries, internal investigations, and complex civil litigations and mediations. Kristen also advises clients on how to respond to regulatory inquiries regarding generative AI and child online privacy.

Prior to private practice, Kristen served as a legal fellow with District of Columbia Public Defender Services, where she represented individuals seeking to seal, set-aside, or expunge criminal records.

She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was the notes & comments editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. While in law school, Kristen worked with the Brennan Center for Justice, for the Senate Judiciary Committee, the NAACP, the DNC, and NPR. She received her B.S. (magna cum laude) from the University of Southern Mississippi.
