Corey Etcheverry is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He represents owners, contractors, developers, and design professionals in complex construction litigation matters, including multimillion-dollar construction defect claims, contract disputes, and delay claims, across residential, commercial sectors, and mixed-use developments.
Beyond litigation, Corey counsels clients on a broad range of construction-related issues, such as regulatory compliance, safety standards, contract negotiation, and project risk management. His approach emphasizes practical, business-oriented solutions that align with clients’ broader project and operational goals. He focuses on helping clients mitigate risk and resolve disputes efficiently through proactive pre-litigation strategies, and he also represents clients in mediation and arbitration to achieve favorable outcomes outside of court.
