Diana Evans joined the firm as a member of the Litigation Practice Group after clerking for the Hon. James S. Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation in both state and federal court in areas including product liability and employment law. 

Diana represents manufacturers in a variety of product liability actions, including cases involving medical devices and consumer products. She also routinely defends employers in cases involving discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour, the Family Medical Leave Act, whistleblower retaliation, and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. 

Diana is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she received the National Order of Scribes Award. She was also a member of the Stetson Moot Court Board, competing in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition.

Diana received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida, where she participated in the Warrington College of Business Finance Scholars program.
