Jannell Granger is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex business and franchise disputes, representing clients before federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution bodies. Her practice includes franchise and distribution disputes, commercial contract disputes, and civil litigation matters, as well as experience representing clients before various administrative agencies in the state of Georgia.
Before joining the firm's commercial litigation practice, Jannell built a strong foundation in antitrust law. She has advised clients on merger compliance with antitrust laws in connection with large technology M&A transactions, and has litigated against antitrust actions brought by government agencies and private citizens against large technology companies. Her antitrust experience also includes assisting with discovery efforts in federal antitrust and criminal investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
Prior to joining Bradley, Jannell was an antitrust/competition associate in Skadden's Washington, D.C. office, where she assisted in drafting "The Nexus of Antitrust and Antiracism" for the New York Law Journal. She also served as a legal clerk for the Federal Trade Commission.
Jannell earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Howard University School of Law, where she served as executive notes and comments editor for the Howard Law Journal. While at Howard, she was a member of the Thurgood Marshall Civil Rights Clinic and assisted in publishing "Banning the Caged Bird: Prison Censorship Across America." Her own work, "Justice for All: The Sixth Amendment Mandates Purging All Racial Prejudice from the Black Box," was published in the Howard Law Journal, Volume 63. She also holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) in International Studies and Arabic from the University of Mississippi.
