Emily C. Harfouche is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she provides comprehensive legal solutions for clients across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. With a focus on commercial leasing, long-term healthcare, real property sales and acquisitions, real estate financing, and tax-motivated transactions, Emily delivers tailored strategies that meet both legal and business objectives.
Emily earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. (summa cum laude) from Western Oregon University.
