Emily C. Harfouche is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group who assists clients with a variety of legal and business needs. Her practice is focused on various commercial real estate matters, including real property sales and acquisitions, real estate financing, executing tax-motivated transactions, and succession planning.
Emily earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. She received her M.B.A. from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management and her B.S. (summa cum laude) from Western Oregon University.
