Carolyne Hess counsels public and private clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and real estate-based financing matters. She advises and represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers on acquisitions, development, and leasing transactions across the country.
In law school, Carolyne participated in Alabama Law’s Federal Externship Program in Washington, D.C., where she served as a law clerk for the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Senate. She also had legal internships in various public and private sector organizations, including the Federal Trade Commission and AT&T.
