Joy Holloway is a transactional attorney in Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She advises founders, family-owned and privately held businesses, growth-stage companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, financing transactions, restructurings, corporate governance and other strategic business matters. Joy works with clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in healthcare and technology, including healthtech and medtech.

Joy particularly enjoys working with business owners and leadership teams as they navigate significant moments in the life of a company. Whether a client is considering a sale or acquisition, bringing in an investor, evaluating a financing or addressing a complex operational or governance issue, Joy helps clients understand their options, identify what matters most, and develop practical solutions that advance their business objectives. She has significant experience with sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions and understands that, for many business owners, a transaction may represent a milestone year or even generations in the making.

Prior to joining Bradley, Joy served as in-house counsel for a global information technology and supply chain services company, where she negotiated commercial agreements and advised business teams on contractual, operational and risk-management matters. Drawing on both her private practice and in-house experience, Joy brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to her work, seeking to understand the business objectives and people behind each matter and bringing together the legal, commercial and operational considerations necessary to move it forward.
